
divh2Fire Alarm Sales Representative/h2pDalmatian Fire has added a fire alarm division to its Columbus, Ohio location and is looking for a Fire Alarm Sales Representative to lead this charge. In this role you will be responsible for managing the group, estimating, site visits, and marketing while utilizing experienced sales strategies./ph3Essential Duties
Responsibilities/h3ulliBuild and manage the division./liliEstablish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of Fire Protection contracts by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and utilizing outlined marketing strategies./liliDetermine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company offerings./liliClose sufficient sales to exceed sales plan objectives./liliFamiliar with reading blueprints, understanding current NFPA 13, 14, 20, and 72 standards and local codes./liliDevelop a positive ongoing relationship with existing and new customers, general contractors and end users./liliEstimate small projects including fixed price service as required in addition to pricing new Fire Alarm work as needed/liliAssist with onboarding Alarm Technicians and Required Stock/liliPrice Fire Sprinkler Tenant Improvement work as needed/liliAbility to build new business associations / relationships and grow the Fire Protection Business./liliOther duties as required/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliExperience in a Fire Protection industry./liliSelf-motivated with a strong desire to succeed./liliProven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision./liliTechnical knowledge of fire alarm, VESDA, clean agent, and control systems/liliExceptional presentation, verbal and written communication skills./liliAbility to multi-task and organize work./liliProficient in Microsoft./liliRegular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required./li/ulh3Equal Opportunity Employer/h3pAs a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
