Overview
Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services to a global customer base. Eurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking a Sales Account Executive to cover Florida (North, Central, West and the Panhandle).
Position Summary As Sales Account Executive, you will identify, manage, and grow client accounts and business opportunities for Eurofins Environment Testing America, including Advanced Technology, Federal Programs, and Commercial Business Units. You will establish and maintain productive relationships with clients, acquire new accounts, and act as the customer advocate by communicating needs between clients and internal teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Meet individual revenue goals and achieve regional quotas.
Establish and maintain productive client-laboratory relationships.
Provide sales plans, forecasts and account plans for assigned region.
Review credit status, monitor accounts receivable and resolve collection issues.
Develop pricing strategies, bid/no bid decisions, Master Service agreements and budgetary information.
Qualify, track, and close leads to increase revenue.
Report sales activity and update customer databases to identify opportunities.
Communicate customer needs to internal teams and facilitate successful work completion.
Control selling expenses and present win/loss ratio data.
Assume role as sponsor for national accounts and provide feedback on market conditions.
Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ)
BS/BA in Sciences or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years progressively successful sales experience in a service industry; lab experience and exposure to environmental industry preferred.
Ability and/or Skills (BMQ)
Writing sales and account plans.
Proficient computer skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
Self‑directed and able to work in an unstructured environment.
Additional Information – Requirements
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction.
Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: minimum $70,000 base + commission with benefits, PTO and company matching 401(k) plan. Base salary may vary by experience.
