Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through new business development and account advocacy within assigned territory

Maintain and nurture customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and adoption of solutions

Conduct quarterly business reviews and proactively resolve customer issues

Stay current on CIS/ERP solutions and provide issue resolution for clients

Participate in industry conferences and user groups to expand market knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred

3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles

Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology

Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting

Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change

Integrity, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset
