What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Draft and edit a variety of client- and sales-facing materials including articles, white papers, emails, case studies, and social posts
Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders, translating inputs into marketing recommendations
Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Create and update sales materials and playbooks to support the sales team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing assets on time and track campaign performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in business insurance/property and casualty
Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
Comfortable collecting and organizing data to support decision-making
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience in business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
