About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Prospect Management and Development Research and Analysis to play a pivotal role in the preparation of a major philanthropic campaign. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of a modern prospect management and analytics function, with a focus on translating research and data into effective strategies for driving major and principal gift results. This role involves building and leading a high-performing team, establishing best practices, and optimizing the donor lifecycle. The Executive Director will work closely with senior leadership and frontline fundraisers to design and oversee prospect identification, pipeline development, and data-informed strategies that align with the institution's long-term philanthropic goals.
