We are seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. This role involves building relationships with businesses and clients, educating them about our insurance products, and offering tailored benefit solutions that meet their needs. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and grow a book of business effectively. Qualifications

Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of insurance products and services Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and building client relationships Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage principles Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently Licensure in applicable insurance lines (or willingness to obtain licensing) Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
