Qualifications
Experience in Benefits Administration, Employee Benefits, and insurance plan design
Strong skills in Consulting and providing tailored benefit solutions
Proven Customer Service experience with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
Relevant certifications or a background in insurance or employee benefits are a plus
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using digital tools and software to manage benefits administration
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with clients in an on-site professional environment
