Role Description
This is a hybrid full-time role located in Louisville, KY, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. As an Account Manager at Colonial Life, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their benefits plans meet their needs. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating benefit enrollments, providing education on benefit options, and addressing client inquiries. You will work closely with teams to support the implementation of benefit plans and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building, client management, and effective communication
Experience in benefit planning, service coordination, and client education
Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
Proficiency with enrollment technologies and other relevant tools
Analytical skills for understanding and resolving client-specific challenges
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; prior experience in insurance, financial services, or benefits management is a plus
