The Sales and Service Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, delivering outstanding customer service, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients with inquiries, educating them about Colonial Life’s products, conducting sales presentations, and maintaining account relationships. The role also involves training clients on benefit options and contributing to effective sales management strategies. Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs. Proven sales and sales management experience, with the ability to meet targets and generate results. Experience in conducting training sessions and educating clients about products and benefit solutions. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with insurance products and services is an advantage. Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment in Bellevue, WA.
