Foster and manage relationships between MMA Technology and its key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams Develop and implement strategies that enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs Create business and product requirements while maintaining visibility into the broader integrated technology roadmap Monitor stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships Familiarity with project management methodologies Preferred Qualifications
