Responsibilities
Foster and manage relationships between MMA Technology and its key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
Develop and implement strategies that enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs
Liaise between Technology and Business teams to create Business and Product Requirements
Monitor stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field
Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
Familiarity with project management methodologies to support the successful delivery of initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
Experience in leading change management efforts
Proven experience in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with stakeholders
Expertise in experience design principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
