Responsibilities

Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams

Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction

Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs

Liaise between Tech and Business teams to create Business and Product Requirements

Monitor stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field

Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes

Proven ability to synthesize insights from large data sets and generate business cases

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders

Experience engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to drive consensus

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred

Familiarity with project management methodologies

Experience in leading change management efforts

Background in experience design principles

Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
