Responsibilities

Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and its key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams

Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction

Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs

Liaise between Tech and Business teams to create Business and Product Requirements

Monitor stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field

Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes

Proficient in business analytics and able to synthesize insights from large data sets

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Experience in project management methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred

Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems

Proven experience in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships

Expertise in experience design principles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
