Responsibilities

Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and its key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams

Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction

Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs

Liaise between Tech and Business teams to create Business and Product Requirements

Monitor stakeholder feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field

Strong understanding of end-to-end Sales and Marketing processes

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM, and defining Product requirements

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Proven experience in developing strategic partnerships and engaging stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred

Familiarity with project management methodologies

Experience in leading change management efforts

Expertise in experience design principles

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
