Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams Develop and implement strategies that enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs Liaise between Tech and Business teams to create Business and Product Requirements Monitor stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction Qualifications
Business acumen with an understanding of E2E Sales and Marketing processes Ability to synthesize insights from large data sets and generate business cases Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
