Responsibilities
Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and its key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs
Create business and product requirements while maintaining visibility into the broader integrated technology roadmap
Monitor stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field
Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes
Proficiency in synthesizing insights from large data sets and generating business cases
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for influencing stakeholders
Familiarity with project management methodologies to support initiative delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Proven experience in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships
Expertise in experience design principles for engaging stakeholder interactions
Background in leading change management efforts
