What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams

Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction

Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs

Create business and product requirements while maintaining visibility into the integrated technology roadmap

Utilize customer feedback methodologies to drive innovation and improve customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field

Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes

Ability to synthesize insights from large data sets and generate business cases

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders

Familiarity with project management methodologies to support successful initiative delivery

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred

Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems

Proven experience in developing strategic partnerships with stakeholders

Expertise in experience design principles to enhance stakeholder interactions

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address business challenges
