What to Expect

Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams

Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction

Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs

Create Business and Product Requirements while maintaining visibility into the integrated technology roadmap

Leverage customer feedback methodologies to drive innovation and improve customer satisfaction

What is Required

Understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes

Ability to synthesize insights from large data sets and generate business cases

Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and developing strategic partnerships

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred

5+ years of experience in business relationship management or client services

Familiarity with project management methodologies

Experience in leading change management efforts

Expertise in experience design principles
