What to Expect

Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and its key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams

Develop and implement strategies that enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction

Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs

Liaise between Tech and Business teams to create Business and Product Requirements

Monitor stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for customer satisfaction

What is Required

Understanding of end-to-end Sales and Marketing processes with the ability to identify gaps and improvements

Ability to synthesize key insights from large data sets and generate business cases using data-driven methodologies

Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM and defining Product requirements

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Proven experience in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred

5+ years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field
