Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and its key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs Liaise between Tech and Business teams to create Business and Product Requirements and maintain visibility into the broader integrated technology roadmap Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring stakeholder feedback and implementing improvement strategies What is Required (Qualifications)

Understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes, with the ability to identify gaps and improvements Ability to synthesize insights from large data sets and generate business cases using data-driven methodologies Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, along with experience in defining product requirements Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders Proven experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive consensus and collaboration How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
