Create and edit client- and sales-facing materials, ensuring alignment with product messaging
Collaborate with business insurance stakeholders to develop marketing strategies and recommendations
Build and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
Develop and update sales materials and playbooks for internal teams
Track campaign performance metrics and recommend optimizations based on insights
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in business insurance or property and casualty
Strong ability to implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Ability to collect and organize data for decision-making
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
