What to Expect
Create and edit a variety of client- and sales-facing materials, ensuring alignment with core product messaging
Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders, translating business objectives into marketing strategies
Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
Develop and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers to support sales teams
Track campaign KPIs, compile performance summaries, and recommend optimizations based on data insights
What is Required (Qualifications)
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in business insurance or property and casualty
Strong execution focus for implementing marketing plans and campaigns
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience or familiarity with business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
