What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Draft and edit a variety of client- and sales-facing materials including articles, emails, case studies, and social posts
Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders, translating inputs into marketing recommendations
Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns in coordination with functional teams
Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers to support sales efforts
Track campaign KPIs, compile performance summaries, and recommend optimizations based on insights
What is Required (Qualifications)
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on business insurance/property and casualty
Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
Comfortable collecting and organizing data to support decision-making
Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
