Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new divisions and teams within assigned accounts to initiate Fusion conversations
Drive Fusion sales deals end-to-end or co-sell with Midmarket Account Executives based on opportunity
Develop coordinated account strategies with Midmarket AEs for aggressive joint sales efforts
Engage with various departments such as engineering, operations, and IT to understand customer needs and build champions
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management using Salesforce and other modern sales tools
Qualifications
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in midmarket or similar environments
Experience in overlay or co-selling models with the ability to drive deals in a mixed ownership setting
Strong skills in uncovering hidden workflows and expansion opportunities within customer organizations
Confidence in selling to engineering, design, manufacturing, and operational personas
High competitiveness and resilience in navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in creating new opportunities within midmarket accounts
Demonstrated pipeline velocity and successful deal progression
Strong collaboration skills with Midmarket Account Executives and technical teams
Passion for cloud-native and AI-driven manufacturing solutions
Ability to maintain operational discipline and forecast accuracy
