What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Hunt for new business opportunities within assigned accounts and divisions, initiating Fusion conversations from the ground up Drive Fusion deals through the sales process as either the primary seller or in collaboration with the Midmarket Account Executive Develop and execute coordinated account strategies with Midmarket AEs, focusing on aggressive joint sales plays Foster relationships across various departments such as engineering, operations, and IT to identify customer pain points and build champions Maintain accurate sales pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce and other modern sales tools

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in midmarket or similar environments Experience in overlay or co-selling models with the ability to navigate mixed ownership sales Strong ability to identify new workflows and expansion opportunities within customer organizations Confidence in engaging with technical and operational personas in engineering and manufacturing High competitiveness and resilience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience creating new opportunities within net new divisions and teams Demonstrated pipeline velocity and effective deal progression Strong execution skills when collaborating with Midmarket AEs and technical teams Familiarity with cloud-native and AI-powered manufacturing tools Ability to accurately forecast sales and maintain operational discipline
