Position Description The ESPI Employer Integrity Partners team administers the employer participation and integrity functions of the FAMLI Program in accordance with the FAMLI Act and its implementing regulations. The unit monitors employer registration and account maintenance, manages relationships with third-party administrators and large employers, ensures employers pay their fair share of premiums by reviewing reported nationwide headcounts, and builds proactive relationships with employers to reduce delinquencies. The position provides support to large employers and TPAs with policies regarding employer liability, assists employers in understanding FAMLI statutes, regulations, and compliance, establishes and maintains employer accounts, identifies delinquent wage reports and premium balances, pursues collections, processes refunds, and educates employers on their responsibilities and rights while protecting the interests of the Division. The position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned Employer and TPA accounts, including troubleshooting interactions with the MyFAMLI+ Employer Portal.
Minimum Qualifications
Five (5) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position
OR a combination of related education and/or relevant experience equal to five (5) years
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Banking, Finance, and legal fields, business management
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with large volume relationship management
Experience acting as a liaison between two interested parties
Experience with process improvement using data-driven analysis
Demonstrated knowledge of FAMLI rules and regulations
