Position and Responsibilities
The ESPI Employer Integrity Partners team administers the employer participation and integrity functions of the FAMLI Program in accordance with the FAMLI Act and its implementing regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring employer registration and account maintenance, managing relationships with third-party administrators and large employers, ensuring employers pay their fair share of premiums by reviewing reported nationwide employee headcounts, building proactive relationships with employers to reduce delinquencies, and providing support to large employers and TPAs with policies regarding employer liability; assisting employers in understanding FAMLI statutes, regulations, and compliance in filing quarterly wage reports and premium payments; establishing, maintaining, and terminating employer accounts; identifying delinquent wage reports and premium balances and pursuing collections; processing refunds and reimbursements; educating and instructing employers in their responsibilities and legal rights while protecting the interests of the Division in accordance with state law, regulations, and policies. The position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned Employer and TPA accounts for all aspects of employer account maintenance, including troubleshooting interactions with the MyFAMLI+ Employer Portal.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience Only:
Five (5) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position. OR Education and Experience:
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to five (5) years.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Banking, Finance, and legal fields, business management. Experience with Salesforce Experience with large volume relationship management Experience in acting as a liaison between two interested parties Experience with process improvement, using data-driven analysis to support enhancement recommendations Demonstrated knowledge of FAMLI rules and regulations.
Required Competencies
