Responsibilities
Draft and edit a variety of client- and sales-facing materials, ensuring alignment with core product messaging
Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders, translating business objectives into marketing recommendations
Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers to support sales teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and track campaign performance
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in business insurance or property and casualty
Strong execution focus with the ability to implement marketing plans effectively
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet shared goals
Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and organize data for decision-making
Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordination with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
