What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive business results by identifying and building opportunities within commercial accounts
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, utilizing the OneSource sales methodology
Build and maintain relationships with customers post-sale for upselling opportunities
Communicate regularly with management and update sales activities in the CRM
Provide market intelligence to inform internal business decisions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales
Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales with a focus on complex software and services
Proven track record in balancing prospecting and existing customer sales
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet urgent deadlines
Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations to both small and large groups
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in accounting or tax-related fields
Strong C-suite engagement skills and a history of significant quota achievement
Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and execute innovative sales strategies
Familiarity with email, SFDC, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom
Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment
