What to Expect
Draft and edit client- and sales-facing materials including articles, emails, and presentations to ensure messaging aligns with core product positioning
Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders, translating business objectives into clear marketing recommendations
Build, test, and deploy integrated campaigns across various channels in coordination with functional marketing teams
Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers for sales enablement
Track campaign KPIs, compile performance summaries, and recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights
What is Required
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on business insurance/property and casualty
Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
Comfortable collecting and organizing data to support decision-making
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience or familiarity with business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
