Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction Partner with business units to identify pain points and develop product and technology roadmaps Liaise between Tech and Business teams to create Business and Product Requirements Monitor stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems and defining product requirements Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in developing strategic partnerships and engaging with stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
