Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and its key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs Liaise between Tech and Business teams to create Business and Product Requirements Monitor stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field Strong business acumen with an understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders Proven experience in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships Familiarity with project management methodologies to support successful initiative delivery Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems Expertise in experience design principles Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience in leading change management efforts Additional Information
