Responsibilities
Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
Identify pain points and strategic themes while partnering with business units
Create business and product requirements while maintaining visibility into the integrated technology roadmap
Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring stakeholder feedback and implementing improvement strategies
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field
Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, defining product requirements, and collaborating with technical teams
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
Familiarity with project management methodologies to support initiative delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
Experience in leading change management efforts for new processes and initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of addressing business performance challenges
