Foster and manage relationships between MMA Tech and key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction Partner with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs Create Business and Product Requirements while maintaining visibility into the integrated technology roadmap Monitor stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction Qualifications
Business acumen, with understanding of E2E Sales and Marketing processes Experience in business relationship management, client services, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
