Minimum of 2 years of successful Account Executive experience in a startup SaaS company

Proven track record in prospecting and managing a sales pipeline

Experience leading product demonstrations and handling contract negotiations

Ability to make strategic decisions and use data-driven insights

Strong interpersonal skills and a growth mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience selling to nonprofits

Demonstrated ability to manage complex contract negotiations

Familiarity with the nonprofit fundraising landscape

Previous experience in a fast-paced or startup environment
