Sales Manager

to lead a small team and accelerate revenue across multiple customer segments, including SMBs, professional offices, educational institutions, and government accounts. This is a

hands‑on leadership role

for someone who excels in fast‑paced environments, enjoys coaching others, and can immediately contribute through their own selling efforts.

The ideal candidate brings experience in ecommerce, technology, or service‑based sales and has an established book of business they can leverage from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of

2–3 sales representatives

to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets

Develop and execute sales strategies across diverse customer groups, including SMBs, law and medical offices, schools/universities, and government clients

Actively sell through a combination of

phone‑based outreach and in‑person field visits

Utilize an existing book of business to drive immediate revenue growth

Track sales performance metrics and provide insights to improve team effectiveness

Partner with marketing and product teams to support promotions, campaigns, and new offerings

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key customers and strategic accounts

Required Experience & Skills

2–3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager , including direct leadership of a small team

Proven success selling in

ecommerce, technology, or service‑oriented industries

Demonstrated ability to sell into SMBs, professional offices (legal, medical), education, and ideally government sectors

Experience managing and developing a team of at least 2–3 salespeople

Background in both

inside sales (phone)

and

outside sales (field)

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities

Ability to leverage an existing book of business to generate immediate sales impact

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling into government agencies or public‑sector organizations

Strength in consultative, relationship‑driven selling

Background in multi‑channel sales environments

Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
