Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to develop regional sales plans and marketing strategies Lead and own the sales efforts and goals of the Regional Sales Team Implement strategies for staffing, onboarding, and performance improvement of team members Establish disciplined account management strategies for key segments and accounts Provide feedback to management on key account opportunities and sales performance Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree 8+ years of experience in direct sales or marketing of energy solutions to Municipal, University, Schools, Healthcare (MUSH), and/or State markets 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or people management role Ability to travel domestically up to 50% as needed Preferred Qualifications
