Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to develop regional sales plans and marketing strategies Lead the Regional Sales Team in achieving sales goals and fostering new customer relationships Implement staffing, onboarding, and training strategies to enhance team performance Manage account strategies for key segments and targeted accounts Provide regular feedback to management regarding key account opportunities Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree 8+ years of experience in direct sales or marketing in energy, solutions-based, or financial services 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or people management role Ability to travel domestically up to 50% as needed Preferred Qualifications
