Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to develop regional sales plans and marketing strategies Lead the Regional Sales Team to achieve sales goals and performance improvements Implement account management strategies for key segments and accounts Review and approve project development budgets and provide leadership in closing orders Provide regular feedback to management regarding key account opportunities What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree 8+ years of experience in direct sales/marketing of energy solutions or financial services 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role Ability to travel domestically up to 50% as needed Strong understanding of Municipal, University, Schools, Healthcare (MUSH), and State markets How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
