Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to formulate regional sales plans and marketing strategies Lead and manage the sales efforts of the Regional Sales Team to achieve goals Develop and execute strategies for staffing, onboarding, and performance improvement Build and maintain new customer relationships through effective leadership of account executives Oversee project development budgets and implement account management strategies for key segments Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 8 years of experience in direct sales/marketing in energy, solutions-based, or financial services At least 3 years in a sales leadership or people management role Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% as needed Strong ability to lead and inspire a sales team Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of sales management experience in a related field Demonstrated experience in direct sales to C-Suite executives Highly motivated with a strong customer focus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in science, Business, Engineering, or a related field We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
