What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to develop and implement regional sales plans and strategies
Lead and manage the Regional Sales Team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Foster new customer relationships and provide daily leadership to account executives
Implement account management strategies for key segments and targeted accounts
Review and approve project development budgets and support the sales team in closing orders
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree
8+ years of experience in direct sales/marketing of energy solutions or financial services in the Municipal, University, Schools, Healthcare (MUSH), and/or State markets
3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or people management role
Ability to travel domestically up to 50% as needed
Strong writing and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
10+ years of similar sales management experience
Demonstrated experience in direct sales to C-Suite executives
Highly motivated and customer-focused mindset
Bachelor’s degree in science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Excellent interpersonal skills
