Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to develop regional sales plans and marketing strategies Lead the Regional Sales Team to achieve sales goals and objectives Implement strategies for staffing, onboarding, and performance improvement of sales personnel Cultivate new customer relationships through effective leadership and account management Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding key account opportunities Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree 8+ years of experience in direct sales or marketing within the energy, solutions-based, or financial services sectors 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or people management role Ability to travel domestically up to 50% as needed Strong communication and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications
