What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to develop regional sales plans and marketing strategies
Lead the Regional Sales Team in achieving sales goals and fostering new customer relationships
Implement effective account management strategies for key segments and accounts
Review and approve project development budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives
Provide regular feedback to management regarding key account opportunities and sales performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree
8+ years of experience in direct sales/marketing of energy or solutions-based services to clients in Municipal, University, Schools, Healthcare (MUSH), and/or State markets
3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or people management roleAbility to travel domestically up to 50% as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
10+ years of similar sales management experience
Demonstrated experience in direct sales to C-Suite executives
Highly motivated and customer-focused mindset
Excellent writing and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in science, business, engineering, or related field
