What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct sales calls and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
Set appointments with prospects through various outreach methods including phone, email, and marketing campaigns
Identify and recommend solutions to meet prospect goals and objectives for process improvement
Provide technical support, product development, and relationship management to clients
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure customer appeal while maintaining profitability
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in new customer acquisition sales or a related field, preferably in banking
Proven track record of success in a team selling and lead sharing environment
Strong knowledge of business concepts related to accounts payable, purchasing, and accounting systems
Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and meet driving record criteria
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong data analysis skills and superior presentation abilities
Experience with consultative sales processes and relationship management
Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt and remain resilient in various situations
