High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) 0-2 years of related experience, including 6+ months in a contact center or customer service role Strong organizational skills with proficiency in written and verbal communication Ability to type 35 words per minute or more and manage a high volume of calls Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications
