Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring all information is accurate and timely Follow company procedures and input accurate trip data into systems Multitask effectively while extracting necessary information from multiple systems Educate members on available services and their insurance coverage Support a 24/7/365 contact center environment, including nights and weekends What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) 0-2 years of related experience 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to type 35 words per minute or more How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience answering a high volume of calls (up to 100+ calls per day) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to talk and type simultaneously while interacting with customers Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
