What is Required (Qualifications): - High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) - 0-2 years of related experience with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role - Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills - Ability to type 35 words per minute or more - Capability to handle a high volume of calls, up to 100+ calls per day
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask effectively while interacting with customers
