Responsibilities

Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is accurate and timely

Ensure adherence to company procedures and input accurate trip data in systems

Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems

Review and educate members on services and their insurance coverage

Support a 24/7/365 contact center environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role

Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to type 35 words per minute or more and handle a high volume of calls

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to talk and type simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently under general supervision
