Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct in a timely manner
Ensure all company procedures are followed and accurate trip data is input into systems
Demonstrate a commitment to producing high-quality work and multitask effectively
Review and educate members on services and their insurance coverage
Support a 24/7/365 contact center environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays
What is Required
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
0-2 years of related experience, with 6+ months in a contact center or customer service role
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to type 35 words per minute or more and handle a high volume of calls
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently under general supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a customer service environment with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making
Familiarity with healthcare or insurance services
