Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. As a Commercial Lines CSR, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to the clients, managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Compensation Package
Salary: $85,000 annually

Work Environment: Fully in-office preferred; hybrid options available for the right candidate (4 days in-office, 1 day remote, or 3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including contractors and habitational accounts, with sizes ranging from $15,000 to $250,000.
Handle quoting for new and renewal business (approximately 40% new business, 60% renewals).
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Collaborate with account managers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
Adapt to and utilize the Applied EPIC software system (training will be provided).
Participate in daily training sessions with account managers during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Prior experience in commercial lines insurance is required. Open to candidates with varying years of experience.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applied EPIC software is a plus, but training will be provided.
Soft Skills:
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Open to new ideas and adaptable to change.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
